My Little Stars is a group family daycare located in Youngsville, NY. As a NYS registered Family Daycare, the daycare operates inside of our home, offering a family type atmosphere balanced with early education for your children.
Youngsville is a small little hamlet in the town of Callicoon that was established in 1851. If you’re interested in some of the areas history check out the links below! We are 4 miles outside of Jeffersonville, NY. We are 7 miles west of Liberty, NY. Livingston Manor is 9 miles north of us. Monticello, NY is 20 miles away. We are located in the Sullivan West Central School District.
Our home is located down a quiet, dead end road that is surrounded by natural beauty. We are close enough to state route 52 that its easy off, easy on for the work commute and yet far enough that you get a sense of being away from town. There is a small creek that runs down behind our garage and after a heavy rain fall you can hear the water running. Behind our house, there is a small field. We enjoy watching the wildlife all year round and the tractors haying during the summer months. In the fall, when the leaves change color, we are graced with a backdrop of gorgeous fall colors.

Our backyard is completely fenced in and has lot of room for kids to run and play! We love to boast about our playground! The most favorite thing of all is our totem pole. It has a frog, dragonfly and 2 ladybugs carved into it. All the kids just love it! We believe that kids should be able to play outside as much as possible. Our maple tree provides an abundance of natural shade over the playground throughout the day. We can’t take the kids in the pool due to NYS regulations, but we do lots of water play to keep the kids entertained and cooled off.
Our sandbox is large enough for everyone to play! Make no mistake, your children will get dirty here! Who doesn’t love to play in sand? From mud pies to sandcastles, the sandbox is perfect for a child’s imagination! We provide lots of fun accessories to help them dig and build all day long.
We plant a garden with the kids each year! It’s always fun to see it grow! In the fall, when we harvest the fruits of our labor the kids get to bring some fresh grown veggies home to mom and dad! We also have multiple fruit trees and bushes on or property that we harvest. September is a busy month, the kids help and learn how to pick apples, make applesauce and can it for the coming months. Moms and Dads can look forward to receiving a jar of this yummy applesauce too!
Our brand new beautiful, spacious deck! When the afternoons are too hot to run and play, we can relax here on the deck reading stories, playing games, or singing songs. It also provides the perfect sun protected area for our babies to be rocked and loved while getting some fresh air.
